Mechanical Rebar coupler- Transcoup

It is the transition/reduction coupler of Barcoup system. Reinforcements statically transit from large diameters to smaller ones particularly in high-rise buildings. This type of coupler (Rebar Coupler) is used in transition reinforcements. To give an example, a thread is cut on one side of the reinforcement suitable for upset parallel thread system for Q32 in transition coupling Q32/Q25 and another one suitable for upset parallel thread system for Q25 in regard to other reinforcement. Reinforcement is rotated with specially designed coupler and assembly is completed.

As seen in the attached photos of the mobile equipment which can be quickly installed in the field, our products facilitate thread cutting on the rebar and reduce the logistics cost as the reinforcements will not be transported for thread cutting.
