Mechanical Rebar coupler- Barcoup L

Upset parallel thread reinforcement coupler with high-strength thread on the inner side (Mechanical Reinforcement Coupler). In this method a screw thread is cut on one side of the rebar at the length of half of the Rebar Coupler and threads are put under protection with plastic accessories. A thread is cut on the rebar on the opposite side at the length of the coupler and assembled on the reinforcement.

These rebars to be coupled are placed side by side in the field for assembly and the assembly is completed by manually sliding the coupler from right to left (without needing a torque wrench and control apparatus). In this system potential deficient assembly problems to be faced in the field are eliminated and 50% 50% assembly on the rebar is completed without the need for additional control.
